2025 Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting

We invite you to join us for the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Once the 2025 AGM is completed, we will immediately hold an Extraordinary General Meeting for the purpose of considering and, if in order, approving a new constitution so that the Society can re-register under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

Both the AGM and the EGM will be held at the premises of the Alliance Française, Level 3, Dominion Building, 78 Victoria Street, Wellington from 6.00pm to 7.00pm on Tuesday 13 May 2025. Come along and influence the future direction of your Alliance Française. We would love to hear your ideas. Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the EGM.

Nominations for Officers and Committee

Financial members of the Society are eligible to submit nominations for membership of the Executive Committee. Nominations for President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee members should be emailed to the secretary at least 7 days before the AGM ie. by 6 May 2025. Please email nominations to the secretary, Bridget Hargreaves, bridget.hargreaves@xtra.co.nz. Please include details of seconders, evidence of the willingness of the nominee to serve and a brief statement of the background and skills of the nominee. Thank you
